a. Description: We strive to accurately display the colors, features, and components of our Products. However, due to monitor settings and other factors, we cannot guarantee that your display will be perfectly accurate.
b. Customization Service: Our Products allow you to select and customize various components. The final assembly and creation of the finished jewelry piece are performed by us to ensure quality and durability.
4. Orders & Payment
a. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
b. Inventory & Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on product availability, inability to authorize a payment, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you and will issue a full refund if your payment has been processed.
c. Shipping Delays: In the event a Product is out of stock or faces unforeseen production issues, we reserve the right to delay your shipment.
